Oliver Javier Lopez Carias
Assistant Coach Queens University

A native of Guatemala, Oliver is a product of the Guatemalan Soccer National Team. While Participating in U-17 and U-20 World Cup Qualifying, Pan-American Games, and Olympic Qualifying, Carias garnered 57 caps in 27 countries. 

In 2003 the Charlotte Observer ranked Carias the #1 soccer player in North and South Carolina and USA Today (NCAA) ranked Oliver as one of the top five soccer players in the nation.

Carias brings and abundance of experience to the field. While at Queen's University of Charlotte, Oliver was a leader. He was an All-America and CVAC Freshman of the Year in 2001, CVAC Player of the Year in 2003, and All Southeast Regional Team 2001-2004.

He was the NACC-DII National Leader in assists for 2002 and was 2nd in the nation in points per game in 2003.

Oliver has been either coaching or playing during every NCAA Tournament Queen's has participated in.  

Brian Flebbe
Goalkeeper Coach Wingate University

In addition to his duties at Wingate, Brian is the Director of Goalkeeping for the Matthews USA Soccer Club. He also serves as the goalkeeper training coach for the Charlotte Swarm of the Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL).

Flebbe was an NCAA Division II All-American at Queens University of Charlotte. A two-time All-Southeast Region selection, and four time All-Carolinas Virgina Athletic Conference performance- Flebbe holds multiple school records.

Velocity Sports Performance offers you a chance to be coached by world-class performance coaches who have coached professionals and Olympic-level athletes. 

The training programs are developed witht he help of world renowned sports performance coaches who have coached numerous eliete and professional athletes, as well as collegiate national champions and All-Americans.

They assist in the ongoing development of programs which are scientifically designed to improve speed, power and agility.
